Our Price Promise guarantees that every customer can get top-notch bathroom products at the most competitive prices. We pledge to either match or surpass any identical quote from a UK retail competitor.
When we say "like-for-like," we mean the products and specifications must be identical, along with the same delivery terms, including timing and any associated fees.
To take advantage of our Price Promise, simply fill out the "Match A Quote" form on the right, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. We'll then ask you to provide a written quote from a retail competitor for comparison.

We'll match online prices if possible, at our discretion.
2. We'll beat prices from retail competitors' sales and promotions, but not offers for ex-display, B-grade, or other special purchase items.
3. The extent to which we'll beat a quote depends on our own purchasing costs.
